Fast Track is designed for participants who are ready to move efficiently through PTU’s Transformational Coach Pathway or Transformational Leader Pathway with a more self-directed structure, clear submission expectations, and standards-based review. Within PTU’s Transformational Pathway, Fast Track is an accelerated support structure that may apply to either the Transformational Coach Pathway or the Transformational Leader Pathway depending on fit, direction, and review. Fast Track supports participants moving through PTU’s Transformational Coach or Leader routes, which may lead toward certification and/or licensing pathways where applicable.
If you enroll before your prior application or pathway review is complete, your enrollment will be held pending application review. If not approved, any refund issued will be less applicable administrative fees.

What Is Not Included
Added weekly live facilitation support is not included in Fast Track unless separately included or later added.Some cohorts may include a live session during Week 3 after the Week 3 curriculum and submissions are completed.
Timing
Fast Track is typically completed within 6 weeks and may be completed as early as 3 full weeks, depending on readiness, completion pace, evaluation timing, and route-specific requirements.

This investment covers the accelerated support path, structured curriculum, applied submissions, standards-based evaluation, and standard post-Week-3 support.
Payment and Employer Funding
Payment options may be available through the enrollment checkout.Some participants explore employer tuition reimbursement, professional development funding, employer-sponsored learning budgets, or tuition assistance programs. Where appropriate, PTU can provide enrollment or tuition documentation for reimbursement review.

Certification and Licensing
Certification confirms that a participant has completed applicable PTU requirements and met or exceeded the standards for the relevant transformational pathway.Licensing is separate and may grant approved use of PTU frameworks, tools, and materials within current licensing scope, active standing, applicable agreement terms, and required packet or materials expectations. Licensing applies only where the participant has met or exceeded the applicable transformational pathway licensing standards.Enrollment begins the pathway. Certification and licensing, where applicable, depend on successful completion, standards, standing, intended application, and applicable PTU requirements.
What Happens After Enrollment
After enrollment, participants receive onboarding, pathway access, route-specific guidance, and standards-based progression into the Fast Track structure. Fast Track does not change the pathway’s legitimacy. It changes the speed and support rhythm within the Transformational Coach Pathway or Transformational Leader Pathway.Depending on route, standing, completion, and intended application, participants may later move toward certification and/or licensing pathways where applicable.If prior application or pathway review is still pending, enrollment will be held until application review is complete. If the participant is not approved, any refund issued will be less applicable administrative fees.
